What If I’ve Already Given to Another Supporting Organization?
We deeply value the many organizations and groups that support Fort Valley State University Athletics. If you already give to a supporting organization, you may continue to do so through the Alive With A Five Annual Membership Campaign.
Here’s how it works:
- 100% of the funds you designate to a supporting organization will be forwarded directly to that organization and allocated as that organization directs.
- This ensures your chosen group is fully recognized and receives credit for your generosity.
By funneling all contributions through the Athletic Association, we are able to:
- Ensure compliance and accountability with University and state regulations.
- Provide transparent reporting to donors and organizations.
- Strengthen the overall impact of every gift by coordinating resources and reducing duplication.
- Create a simpler, more efficient process for donors who are often asked to give by multiple organizations allowing you to give once, with confidence that your support is directed appropriately.

How Long Does It Take for My Donation to be Delivered to Athletics?
We want every donor to know that the Fort Valley State Athletic Association is not in the practice of holding funds. As contributions are received, funds are made available and turned over to the Athletics Department promptly, ensuring they are put to use as soon as they are needed.
